Engineering news record recently named SMP Skatepark as one of the worlds top 10 world record sporting facilities.

It is in some very prestigious company with projects like Arthur Ashe  Tennis Stadium, Flushing Meadows New York, The $1.5 Billion Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas and The Tokyo Racecourse with a capacity of 207,000 people.

It shows how far action sports have come in such a short time for a skatepark to be ranking amongst the worlds greatest sporting facilities.
