Christian “Otter” Bailey, a Californian pro skateboarder, brought the Paralympics sport of Chairskating to busy St Kilda Marina Skatepark.
Enthusiasts of the sport are working to bring Chairskate workshops to the facility, which would be perfect due to its location and ease of access.
