The AILA Landscape Architecture Awards program The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) Awards showcases the positive impact landscape architecture has on Australian lives through the built and natural environments.

Nestled in amongst the mature tree line that runs adjacent to the river Torrens the Paradise Recreation Plaza brings together a range of outdoor recreation and play in an inviting community space.

Convic worked with the community to create a new skate park that replaced the old park in a sensitive and respectful manner, often drawing on the old skate park and surrounding natural landscape for inspiration and influence. The project was a collaborative effort with the awesome teams at JPE Design Studio, Campbelltown City, LCS Landscapes and the Trail Collective.
