President's Award – Commendation

The Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) Awards for Planning Excellence celebrates the contribution that planners and planning make to society through enhancements of the physical environment that create recognisable social and economic benefit and also innovation, leadership and excellence in the planning profession.

The President’s Award Commendation was presented to Convic and the City of Fremantle for the Esplanade Youth Plaza. The President of the PIA commended the team for creating a lasting social and community investment in Fremantle that shows the value of these facilities in our communities.
